The first session went well, so I returned for my second session a month later. Unfortunately, during this session, the doctor performing the laser treatment accidentally fired a laser shot on my eyebrow, causing me to lose a chunk of my right eyebrow.
What was even more disappointing was the casual attitude of both the doctor and the staff throughout the session—there was a complete lack of professionalism.
